Terms and Conditions 

1. Invoice to be produced to claim benefit of terms under replacement / warranty policy.
2. You need to call our authorized dealer on contact number mentioned on their invoice to get the product replaced / repaired.
3. Decision to repair / replace will depend upon nature of problem / complaint in the product.
4. In case of any dispute between company and customer, we shall settle the matter amicably or get the shelter of the court of law under DELHI JURISDICTION only and case should be filed on non-transferable basis only.
5. Maximum Liability of the company, (if product is under warranty), would be limited to the cost of product only. Consequential loss because of non working of product is not covered under warranty.  

Following points are NOT covered under warranty

1. Product finish is not covered under this warranty.  Therefore, you should check the product for its finish before buying it.
2. Please do not use any kind of chemicals, detergent, acid to clean. You can use soft dry cloth for regulars cleaning.
3. Warranty is void if product is damaged due to improper handling / improper installation by your carpenter.
4. If installation instructions are not followed or if wrong accessories are used for installation.
5. If product is damaged because of misalignment of same.
6. If any part of product is damaged because of misalignment of same.
7. If product is damaged because of misalignment of door because of loose hinges or any other reason.
8. If product is damaged because of drainage of fluids / dust into the product.
9. If product is damaged due to effect of weather on door / frame.
10. If product is damage because of incompatible environment conditions.
11. If product is damaged because of any natural calamities / fire / accidents / robbery.
12. Any damage of door / frame while installation of product does not cover under warranty.

Warranty Coverage*

The Digital Door Lock is covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

1.) Defects in electronic components.
2.) Malfunctions of fingerprint, face recognition, palm vein recognition, password, and app connectivity functions caused by manufacturing defects.
3.) Failure of lock mechanisms due to defective materials or workmanship.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

1.) Damage caused by improper installation or unauthorized repairs.
2.) Physical damage, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents.
3.) Damage resulting from fire, flood, lightning, power surges, or other natural disasters.
4.) Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
5.) Battery leakage or damage caused by unsuitable batteries.
6.) Product modifications or alterations not authorized by the manufacturer.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim:

1.) Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
2.) Contact our customer support team with details of the issue.
3.) Follow troubleshooting instructions provided by our technical support team.
4.) If required, return the product or defective part to the dealer.

Warranty Resolution

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, the company may, at its discretion:

1.) Repair the product,
Replace the defective product or component, or
Provide an equivalent replacement product.
Limitation of Liability

The company’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

Additional Conditions

1.) Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise specified by local law.
2.) Warranty period is not extended by repair or replacement unless required by applicable regulations.
3.) Installation and service charges may apply for out-of-warranty products.

Product damaged because of CORROSION on account of following factors is not covered under Warranty: 

1. Corrosion because of use of chemicals / detergents etc..
2. Corrosion because of excessive moisture or dampness.
3. Mild steel products corrosion.
